This policy explains what information BP Construction Group ("we", "us") collects through bpbuildgroup.com and how we use it. We wrote it in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us.
Information you give us
When you send an estimate request, a commercial bid request or a message, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, project location (ZIP code or address), company name for commercial requests, a description of the project, your timeline and budget range if you choose to share them, and any photos or documents you attach.
Information collected automatically
- Security and spam prevention. When a form is submitted, we record a one-way hashed version of your IP address (not the address itself), your browser's user-agent string and the time, to block automated abuse and repeated submissions.
- How you found us. If you arrived from an advertising link, the form includes the campaign tags in that link and the page you first landed on. This is kept in your browser only for the current visit (session storage) and is sent only if you submit a form.
- Photos. When your browser supports it, photos are resized on your device before upload, which removes embedded location (GPS) data.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy before doing so.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule site visits and prepare estimates or bids

- To keep records of inquiries and projects for our business
- To protect the website and our forms from fraud and abuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other contractors or lead buyers.
Who processes your information for us
Our website, form handling and file storage run on Cloudflare's infrastructure. If we send notifications about new inquiries through an email or messaging provider, that provider processes the notification on our behalf. These providers may only use the information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and attachments only as long as we need them to respond, prepare estimates, carry out projects and maintain business records, and then delete them. Photos and documents attached to requests that do not become projects are deleted when they are no longer needed.
How we protect it
Uploaded photos and documents are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. Access to inquiry records is limited to people at BP Construction Group who need it to respond to you.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Use the contact form, and tell us which request it relates to.
Children
This website is intended for adults planning construction projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
