Residential construction and remodeling in Greater Houston

From a single bathroom to a full renovation with an addition, we plan the work, handle the permits and run the build, so you deal with one team instead of a string of separate trades.

  • Written, itemized estimates before work starts
  • Permits, HOA and covenant paperwork handled for you
  • One point of contact from planning to final walkthrough

Remodeling without the runaround

Most remodels go sideways for the same few reasons: a vague estimate, a permit nobody pulled, trades that do not show up in the right order, and nobody responsible for the whole job. We set the job up to avoid all four.

You get a written scope and an itemized estimate before anything is demolished. We find out what the city, county and HOA require, prepare the drawings and paperwork, and schedule inspections. On site, one project lead coordinates every trade and keeps you updated until the final walkthrough.

Which service fits your project?

One room needs to change

A dated kitchen or bathroom, a tub you want gone, or finishes that are worn out. Start with kitchen remodeling or bathroom remodeling.

Several rooms, or the whole house

Layout changes, opening walls, new systems or a house you just bought. See whole-home renovation.

You need more space

A primary suite, family room or second story, or a garage turned into living space. See home additions and garage conversions.

You want to live outside more

Shade, an outdoor kitchen or a pool. See outdoor living.

  4. Permits and approvals

City or county permits, HOA or covenant review, and any engineering the structure needs.

  6. Final walkthrough

We walk the finished work with you and close out any punch-list items.

Residential construction: common questions

Still unsure? Ask us directly and we will answer in plain terms.

What kinds of residential projects do you take on?
Kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, room additions and second stories, garage conversions, patio covers and pergolas, outdoor kitchens, pools and custom homes. If your project involves building, we can talk it through.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. We find out what your city or county and your HOA require, prepare the submittals, respond to plan-review comments and schedule inspections. See permit services.
Does Texas license general contractors?
No. Texas has no state license for general contractors or remodelers. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC and irrigation work must be done under the matching state licenses, and many cities require contractor registration before they issue permits.
How do I get an estimate?
Send the estimate request form with a short description and, if you can, a few photos. We follow up to schedule a site visit.
