Island and counters
Block or steel-frame islands finished in stone, stucco or brick, with granite, quartzite or concrete tops.
An outdoor kitchen works when the gas, power, water and ventilation are planned before the counters are built. We design the layout, run the utilities and build it under a cover so you can use it in July and in a rain shower.
Block or steel-frame islands finished in stone, stucco or brick, with granite, quartzite or concrete tops.
Built-in grills, side burners, griddles, smokers or a pizza oven, with insulated jackets where required.
Outdoor-rated refrigerators, ice makers and stainless drawers and doors.
A prep sink with supply and drain lines.
Natural gas or propane lines, GFCI outlets and lighting on dedicated circuits.
A patio cover or pavilion with clearances and a vent hood where the grill sits under a roof.
Close enough to the house to carry food out easily, but with enough clearance that smoke and heat do not reach windows, doors or siding. Under a cover, the grill needs the clearances and ventilation the manufacturer specifies. We lay this out with you before any concrete is poured.
National cost guides show a wide range because appliance choices change the total so much.

New gas lines and electrical circuits require permits and inspections in most cities around Houston, and a new cover over the kitchen usually needs a building permit. HOA approval is common. We handle the permits and the HOA application.
